Established in 1995 Atlantic Cleaning Services Limited began it’s journey as a small family run business with a handful of employees and a few local sites. 25 years later and we now have over 443 employees.
The company has enjoyed steady organic growth over the past 25 years based upon quality and customer satisfaction. At its present level, the company is well placed to ensure that all of the benefits associated with larger organisation’s are available, whilst remaining at a size which ensures that clients receive personal attention from senior management and directors and still hold the same value as that of a family run business We are all very proud of what the business has achieved and how it has developed over the years.
Lee Robinson, the managing director is an accredited BICSc assessor with over 30 years experience in the cleaning industry. Lee is involved in the day to day operations within the business. He believes that continuous staff training is key for consistency of a high-quality services.
We do not hold clients to long contract terms. We ask for an initial three month trial period, then a monthly ongoing contract with one months notice by either party.
Behind the company’s on-site presence, equipment is a sophisticated set of systems, training and management controls that have evolved through continuous evaluation and assessment which are embedded into our Quality Manual documented procedures.
